A message from our Founder, Jessiika Wilson

Hey there, fabulous Bloom family! Jessiika Wilson here, the brains, heart, and soul behind Bloom Store. Yep, I wear many hats around here – creator, owner, CEO, you name it. But most importantly, I'm a mum of three and a wife, navigating the beautiful chaos of life & business.

Let me take you back to where it all began.
Bloom Store wasn't just a business idea; it was a passion project fueled by the incredible community I found on Instagram. With a desire to create something meaningful and support my family, the concept of Bloom Store started taking shape.

Now, I didn't invent the photo album, but I noticed a gap in the market for beautifully crafted, meaningful options. Having a background in photography, I understood the disconnect – people capturing memories but rarely doing anything more than a one-time social media post.

On a more personal note, the inspiration hit home when I realized I didn't have many baby photos to compare with my daughter's. My mum wasn't big on collecting photos, and it struck a chord with me. So, enter my mission to encourage others not to let those precious memories fade away
– hence the photo albums.

The journey began with my terrible scribbles on Canva, which magically transformed into real product files thanks to my talented friend Holly at Studio Nu. From there, I connected with a manufacturer, and soon our first sample was on its way. Excitement doesn't even cover it – that moment when our first batch sold out in one night was surreal. A small batch of 1500 albums felt like a monumental success.

Fast forward through changes, challenges, and growth. We've switched manufacturers, moved houses, and expanded our range. There were no rainbows and sunshine every day, but we took it one step at a time. In 2024, three years since our launch, things have settled a bit, but our impact is growing. Every decision we make is rooted in how we can enhance lives and create meaningful connections. Cliché? Perhaps, but it's the Bloom way.
