SHIPPING TIMES
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details via Australia Post once your order has been dispatched (sometimes these emails can land in junk, so please check there too).

International Shipping
We love that our products are finding homes overseas! While we do ship internationally, all customs, import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Our website automatically quotes international shipping based on location and weight.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases, so please choose carefully.
If your item arrives faulty, you have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us at hello@bloomstore.com.au. We’ll arrange a replacement product, or if that’s not possible, issue a refund.
