SHIPPING TIMES
In Stock Items: Our shipping days are Tuesdays & Fridays, please allow 1-2 days for your order to be shipped depending on what day you have ordered. Alternatively during sale periods and product launches this may vary. For urgent orders, please contact hello@bloomstore.com.au
All orders will be shipped via Australia Post with tracking sent directly to your email via AusPost. Sometimes these emails will sort into your junk folder, so please check if you’d like to follow your orders journey.
International Shipping
We love that our products are finding homes overseas! While we do ship internationally, all customs, import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Our website automatically quotes international shipping based on location and weight.
Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Bloom Store does not offer a change of mind refund.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return - returns are only acceptable for faulty and NOT change of mind purchases.
Please select your items with care as refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty and Bloom store is notified within the 14 day return policy. Digital downloads will not be refunded. Should you find your items faulty we will provide a replacement product or where not possible refund the item. Refunds will not be issued after 14 days of receiving your order.
