1. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website. Please review your cart carefully before submitting.

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card, PayPal and Afterpay.

  • Discount codes are valid for single use only and cannot be combined with other offers.

  • Orders must be paid in full before dispatch. If your payment fails, the order will not be processed.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking sent to your email (please check junk/spam folders).

  • Express Post can be arranged on request — please contact us before purchasing.

  • International shipping is available. Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Bloom Store is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, so please choose carefully.

  • If your item is faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@bloomstore.com.au. We’ll arrange a replacement or, if not possible, a refund.

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable.

  • Refunds cannot be processed after 14 days of receiving your order.

4. Product Availability & Descriptions

  • From time to time, products may sell out or be unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours may vary slightly in real life due to screen settings.

  • Sizes and measurements are approximate. Please ensure suitability before ordering.

  • Any accessories or props shown in photos are not included unless specified.

5. Intellectual Property & Website Use

  • All designs, products, images and content on this website are the intellectual property of Bloom Store.

  • You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

  • Reproduction, modification or distribution of any content without permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take care to ensure accuracy, this website and its contents are provided “as is.”

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay or expense arising from use of the website or from delays in delivery once your order has been dispatched.
